After 12 years of waiting at last Starcraft II was been released and up for players. The game was released worldwide on July 27, 2010 and is split into three installments which are the Wings of Liberty, and two upcoming expansion packs, Heart of the Swarm and Legacy of the Void.
Compared to the changes Blizzard made between the traditional gameplay of Warcraft II: Tides of Darkness and the hero-based leveling elements of Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos, Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty does not change the original’s style to “improve” gamin, it's still the Terrans, Zerg, and Protoss clashing against each other together with mining minerals such as Drones, and Probes and pulling Vespene Gas from the ground to fuel production. But the graphics, sounds, and cinematic was improved to its fullest.
